What is Toum?
Toum (pronounced "toom") is a bold, creamy garlic sauce/dip traditionally served across the Levant. It's crafted through a careful blending process that creates a creamy rich texture packed with a nice balanced garlic flavor. In other parts of the world, you might find something similar called aioli, but real toum is entirely plant-based and unapologetically garlicky.
Why Dahab?
Dahab means "Gold" in Arabic and for us, it represents more than just color. It's about quality, richness, and doing things the right way. Behind every cup of Dahab Toum, there is dozens of trials, a lot of garlic, and more late-night taste tests than we can count, all to recreate the toum we remembered, exactly the way it should be.
