Spicy Beef Kebab Wraps with Dahab Spicy Toum
Tender beef cooked with warm spices and Dahab Spicy Toum, wrapped in soft pita with fresh toppings.
Ingredients
- 1–1.25 lb beef steak (sirloin, flank, or similar), cut into thin strips
- 3 Tbsp Dahab Spicy Toum
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp cumin
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For serving: pita or flatbread, onions with sumac, tomatoes, parsley, pickles, extra Dahab Spicy Toum.
Instructions
- Mix Dahab Spicy Toum, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the beef strips and coat well. Marinate for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- Heat a large pan or grill over high heat.
- Cook the beef in a single layer for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Warm the pita or flatbread.
- Assemble the wraps with beef, onions, tomatoes, parsley, pickles, and extra Dahab Spicy Toum.
