Spicy Beef Kebab Wraps with Dahab Spicy Toum

Tender beef cooked with warm spices and Dahab Spicy Toum, wrapped in soft pita with fresh toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1–1.25 lb beef steak (sirloin, flank, or similar), cut into thin strips
  • 3 Tbsp Dahab Spicy Toum
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For serving: pita or flatbread, onions with sumac, tomatoes, parsley, pickles, extra Dahab Spicy Toum.

Instructions

  1. Mix Dahab Spicy Toum, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Add the beef strips and coat well. Marinate for 20 minutes to 1 hour.

  3. Heat a large pan or grill over high heat.

  4. Cook the beef in a single layer for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

  5. Warm the pita or flatbread.

  6. Assemble the wraps with beef, onions, tomatoes, parsley, pickles, and extra Dahab Spicy Toum.
