Spicy Garlic Veggie Pizza with Dahab Spicy Toum (Serves 3)
A crisp veggie pizza finished with a bold drizzle of Dahab Spicy Toum.
Ingredients
- 1 large pizza base or 2 medium flatbreads
- 1–1¼ cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup sliced red onion
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- 1–2 tsp olive oil (to brush the crust)
- 2–3 Tbsp Dahab Spicy Toum
- 1–3 Tbsp water (to loosen for drizzling)
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, parsley, arugula
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the pizza base or flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
- Add the mozzarella, then top with peppers, mushrooms, onions, and olives.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges are slightly golden.
- Once the pizza comes out of the oven, drizzle the spicy toum generously over the top.
- Add optional tomatoes or greens and serve immediately.
