Spicy Garlic Veggie Pizza with Dahab Spicy Toum

Spicy Garlic Veggie Pizza with Dahab Spicy Toum (Serves 3)

A crisp veggie pizza finished with a bold drizzle of Dahab Spicy Toum.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pizza base or 2 medium flatbreads
  • 1–1¼ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil (to brush the crust)
  • 2–3 Tbsp Dahab Spicy Toum
  • 1–3 Tbsp water (to loosen for drizzling)
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, parsley, arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the pizza base or flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
  3. Add the mozzarella, then top with peppers, mushrooms, onions, and olives.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges are slightly golden.
  5. Once the pizza comes out of the oven, drizzle the spicy toum generously over the top.
  6. Add optional tomatoes or greens and serve immediately.
